We are currently looking to hire several Aircraft Mechanics and Technicians for our client, world leader in aeronautics. This is an opportunity that will allow to grow in a captivating and dynamic environment. The work location is: Mirabel, QC.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Install and repair mechanical components
• Perform functional tests and adjustments on aircraft systems
• Inspect and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, air conditioning, doors, landing gear, flight control systems, etc.
• Prepare planes for flights
• Refueling, (daily inspection)
• Participate in engine tests and APU (auxiliary power unit)
• Make changes based on newsletter services while meeting industry standards

Required qualifications

• DEC or AEC in aircraft maintenance OR
• QL5 or TQ5 (Specialized Training of Canadian Forces) OR
• An equivalent degree in aircraft maintenance recognized by the Ministry of Immigration and Cultural Communities (MICC)
• 1-2 years of experience as an aircraft mechanic and maintenance
• Languages : French and/or English
• Good manual dexterity
• Good team spirit and good communication

*Training of 3 weeks (in French language)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $34.46 /hour
